Allumallu Susmitha is an accomplished Product Manager at QNAP Systems with a passion for AI and content creation. With over 5 years of global exposure and a dynamic personality, she has proven herself to be an asset to any organization. Susmitha's goal is to secure a challenging PM/Business development role in a professional organization where she can utilize her technical and business development skills to contribute to strategic growth and progressive development. Currently, Susmitha is responsible for releasing and maintaining 3rd party applications on the QNAP App Centre, managing and expanding partnerships with 3rd party app developers/vendors, and leading online co-marketing campaigns. She is also responsible for establishing relationships with key decision-makers within customer organizations to promote growth and retention, monitoring social media and online sources for industry trends, and creating online content, press releases, webinars, tutorials, product websites, and product presentations for marketing purposes. Susmitha has also contributed to the global vision and started developing new key accounts globally, including the APAC region, and doing global key accounts management. Prior to her current role, Susmitha worked at Oriental Institute of Technology as a Part-time Tutor, where she gained hands-on experience in AI, ML & DL. She also worked at Adlink Technology as a Field Application Engineer, where she was responsible for understanding business problems, identifying/applying the right AI technologies to solve problems, and involving in the formulation and execution of technology recipes for commercial deployment. She has also built AI models from scratch, helped product managers and stakeholders understand results, and deployed AI models into real-time production. Susmitha holds a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from National Chiao Tung University, where she graduated in 2020. She also holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Vel Tech Technical University, where she graduated in 2018. Susmitha's tech stack includes product management, AI, Deep Learning, ML, AWS, test, and Azure. With 2.78 years of relevant experience, Susmitha is a highly skilled and motivated professional who is always ready to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of any organization.
