Alok Dixit is a seasoned Technical Specialist with over 14 years of experience in the Information Technology industry. He has worked with various platforms such as Windows Servers, Linux, Active Directory, Antivirus Server, Backup Tools/applications, and Network Infra Management. Alok's core areas of expertise are Network Management (TCP\\IP, LAN, WAN, Wifi, firewall) setup and Server Management (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server). Currently, Alok is working as a NOC Engineer II (DevOps) at Ola, where he is responsible for managing the infrastructure and ensuring smooth operations. He has also worked as a Team Lead - IT (corporate services) at Ola, where he managed ServiceNow & Helpdesk Management, Network Infra Management, Windows & Linux Server Management, New Office Infra Setup, and Asset Management. Prior to that, he worked as a System Engineer L-2, providing 24*7 IT-support for local and remote offices with a mix environment of Windows \\ Ubantu \\ Mac-OS clients. Alok completed his Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) from Avadh University in 2004. He has a vast array of technical skills, including DevOps, infra, New Relic, Docker, Ansible, AWS, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Integration, SQL, Jenkins, Terraform, Deep Learning, qa, Java, Microservices, Azure, Web, and Senior Software Engineer. He has relevant experience of 12.62 years. Alok is a proactive team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. He enjoys keeping up with the latest trends in the industry and is always looking for new challenges to enhance his skills.
