He also formulated outbound and inbound sales plans to acquire new HNI clients for increasing customer base of the portfolio and achieved product-wise targets and cross-selling products as per the demographic, lifestyle, and risk profiling. Alok completed his Master of Business Administration - MBA in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Welingkar Institute of Management in 2016 and his Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from PTU in 2009.
