Alp Ustun is a highly skilled Machine Learning Scientist at Groupon with over 4 years of relevant experience. At Bilkent Üniversitesi, he implemented an algorithm for High-resolution Restoration of 3D Structures from Widefield Images with Extreme Low Signal-to-noise-ratio, which increased the low SNR for microscopy images of UNAM. At Aselsan, he designed and implemented Butterworth, Chebyshev, and elliptic RF filters and analyzed capacitors and inductors for RF circuits in real-time applications.
