Alvise Sembenico is a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer with over 3.5 years of relevant experience in the field. Alvise's expertise lies in ML, AI, Research Scientist, Information Retrieval, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision. Alvise's education background includes a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Amsterdam, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Università di Trento, and a Diploma di Liceo Scientifico in Scienze applicate from Liceo Scientifico Galileo Galilei. Prior to joining Klue, Alvise worked as a CEO and Machine Learning Research Engineer at Intrical AI, where he gained extensive experience in managing a team of professionals and developing ML models. He also worked as a Research Scientist Intern at Quva Lab, where he conducted research in Deep learning computer vision, specifically model update policy in object tracking systems. Apart from his professional work, Alvise has also worked as a Teacher Assistant in Information Retrieval, Msc Artificial Intelligence. He joined the AI Startup Lab at ACE incubator to support the marketing and recruitment of the students. His role was to identify entrepreneurial AI students and add value to the program by creating an AI community. The AI Startup Lab was created with the intention of helping students, recent graduates, and young entrepreneurs kick-off and scale their AI-based startup.
