Alê Pedretti is an entrepreneur and boulanger who left the corporate world to pursue his dream of owning a micro artisanal bakery in the beautiful Serra da Mantiqueira, Brazil, with his wife and business partner. As the Co-Founder of Palmier Padaria Francesa da Mantiqueira, Alê is responsible for creating high-quality bread with a strong French influence. He is passionate about his work and enjoys living a life that revolves around it. Aside from his bakery, Alê also works on occasional projects in the personal development and attraction and selection niches through Poiesis Consultoria. He has previously worked as an Advisor for Veroo, a company that supports fair trade and family agriculture, and Huddle Brasil, a company that aims to reduce unconscious bias in recruitment processes. Alê has a diverse educational background, having studied finance for startups, law for startups, design thinking for business, and gastronomy. He holds a degree in administration of businesses from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing and a degree in gastronomy from Centro Universitário Senac. He is currently pursuing a degree in Landmark, which will be completed in 2022. Alê's tech stack includes experience as a Senior Software Engineer, and he has 8.26 years of relevant experience. He is a hardworking and dedicated individual who is always looking for new opportunities to learn and grow.
