Specialty materials: Post-merger commercial strategy and sales organization realignment
• Analyzed transaction data from both parties of the merger to identify $300M of revenue at risk and create plan of action
• Developed model to identify $100M+ of cross-selling revenue opportunities in 15 priority markets and compiled list of 50+ priority growth customers per market based on customer purchasing trends and estimated wallet share

Automotive components manufacturer: Post-COVID response for supply chain planning organization
• Developed Tableau dashboard and underlying algorithm that identified $50M+ in purchase orders that could be canceled or delayed to prevent inventory buildup due to fluctuations in demand from COVID-19
• Trained 100+ material planners in five manufacturing sites around the world on how to leverage Tableau dashboard to action POs

• Developed execution timeline, KPIs, and impact tracking methodology for three initiatives with total $30M+ in run-rate GP impact

Food Services: Change management and customer segmentation 
• Designed function-specific playbooks and training materials for 200+ employees impacted by shift to analytical pricing 
• Created customer segmentation framework, targeted communication plans by customer group, and risk mitigation strategies for 100+ customers most directly impacted by pricing shift in two pilot markets
