Amaan Vora is a highly ambitious Data Science enthusiast from India, with a passion for creative problem-solving. He recently graduated from Rutgers University, NB with a degree in Data Science. Amaan has a strong research background and is always eager to explore new and innovative ways to approach complex challenges. Currently, Amaan is working as a Graduate Research Assistant at Rutgers University, where he is responsible for implementing and converting working R codes into demonstrable Stata files. Additionally, he is performing Random Forest Regression with a Hat Matrix Implementation for improved accuracy and performing Two Stage Curvature Identification and demonstrating causal inference via Stata. Amaan is also actively seeking to expand his knowledge in causal inference through searching and sampling via novel research papers. His work will conclude with an auxiliary mention in the professor's research paper. Prior to his current role, Amaan gained valuable experience working as a Global Business Services intern at Siemens, where he focused on file automation, machine learning, and natural language processing. He also explored topics such as topic modeling, latent Dirichlet allocation, BERT, and sentence embedding. Amaan was responsible for customer comment data clustering using sentence embeddings and SiameseBERT. Amaan also has experience as a Full Stack Developer at Kaiser Exports, where he developed two websites detailing various products and solutions offered by an export company. He was responsible for projects such as Aura Packaging and Kaiser Pharmaceuticals. Amaan has a strong educational background, having obtained a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from SRM University and a Master of Science in Data Science from Rutgers University, NB. He also has a Junior College Graduate degree in Computer Science from Pace Junior Science College and a High School Diploma from Marble Arch School. Amaan's technical skills include Research Scientist, Data Scientist, Random Forest, NLP, ML, and BERT.
