Amal Jose is an accomplished UI developer and UX designer with a passion for music and photography. As an incoming CS graduate student at the University of Southern California, he is eager to continue his education and expand his skill set. Currently working as a Graduate Software Development Engineer at Tesco, Amal has gained 5.20 years of relevant experience in the industry. Prior to this, he worked as a Lab Administrator at Software Systems Laboratory, NITC, where he managed and updated systems at the lab and maintained CSE, NITC servers. He also worked as a Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Amal holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut, where he studied from 2014 to 2018. He also completed his 12th grade education in Mathematics and Computer Science at Gulf Indian School, Kuwait in 2014. With his background in software engineering, Amal is skilled in a variety of tech stacks and has a keen eye for design. He is dedicated to creating user-friendly interfaces and experiences that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. In addition to his professional pursuits, Amal is an accomplished pianist and photographer. He brings a creative perspective to his work and is always looking for new ways to innovate and improve.
