Before her current role, Amal worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Microsoft, where she worked with a great team of engineers to build the web portal for one of Azure Cognitive Services cutting edge AI product - https://www.luis.ai. She also worked as a Frontend Web Developer II, where she worked with an amazing team of developers across continents on developing the Portal of Microsoft’s LUIS (Language Understanding Intelligent Service - www.luis.ai) using React/TypeScript. Amal holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Springfield and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from Ain Shams University.
