Aman Agarwal is an Autonomous Vehicle Software Engineer at Outrider with a passion for developing robotic systems for real-world applications. He has worked as an intern at Uber's Advanced Technologies Group, where he developed an RTK GPS + IMU based vehicle tracking device from concept to a fully functioning prototype. He also modeled dynamics of a mobile robot in Simulink, implemented and tuned a PID controller with a lead-lag compensator, and achieved a 10X improvement in control performance of the mobile robot adhering to the desired rise time and accuracy.
