He has also built frameworks like dynamic multi-review (DMR) and reviewer OS (ROS) which enhanced the accuracy of human review decisions unblocking $440M revenue per year. Apart from his technical contributions, Aman has also started several engineering initiatives like SG EE Champs, SG Sev Review, SG BE Gamification, and several cultural initiatives like Free Lunch Wednesday (FLW) & Best Friend Forever (BFF). He has mentored 20+ engineers and taken 200+ interviews which helped in scaling and developing the engineering community from 25 to 120 engineers. Aman has also worked as a Software Engineer at Grab and Facebook, where he built click-to-whatsapp ads to connect businesses with consumers in emerging markets and scaled the socio-economic targeting in ads using survey responses and built clusters using relative wealth index and lookalikes to scale it to multiple countries. At Grab, he built a rich-text messaging feature in Grab's chat experience and designed an in-house text translation engine which supports text translations in multiple languages for drivers and passengers.
