Aman Agrawal is a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Oracle, with a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from IIT Roorkee. He started his career as a Member of Technical Staff at Oracle after being hired through campus recruitment. Aman is passionate about Software Development, Machine Learning and Data Analysis. Currently, Aman is working in the Cloud Backup and Recovery Team at Oracle, developing premium backup and recovery cloud services using Zero Data Loss Recovery Appliance in Oracle cloud. He is mainly working on two cloud services: Recovery Catalog Cloud Service and Database Backup Recovery Cloud Service. Aman has 3.87 years of relevant experience in the field of Software Engineering, SQL, Spark, ML, ETL, Data Warehouse, Integration, Web, Decentralized, Infra, Docker, CI/CD, QA, Java, MySQL, NoSQL, and Microservices. Prior to joining Oracle, Aman completed a summer internship at Biz Metric India Private Limited, where he worked on an ETL pipeline in Apache Spark, maintaining a data warehouse with Oracle DB as the data source. He was also a member of the Board at Student Technical Council. Aman's educational background includes a Bachelor of Technology degree from IIT Roorkee, where he graduated in 2019. He also completed his Intermediate studies from Mittal International School in 2014 and his Matriculation from DAV International School, Navi Mumbai in 2012.
