He is also a CloudFront SME, which means he is an expert in Amazon's content delivery network and can provide valuable insights and solutions to clients. Prior to his current role, Aman worked as a Cloud Support Engineer - II (Team Lead) and Cloud Support Engineer-I at Amazon. In these roles, he provided technical support to clients and helped them troubleshoot any issues they faced with AWS products and solutions. Aman holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications from C-DAC, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Kuvempu University and a BScIT from NIIT.
