Aman has also worked as an Experienced Associate at PwC, where he was responsible for Customer Experience (CE) Analytics. He evaluated CE in sectors like financial services, entertainment, telecom, healthcare, retail/CPG, and automobile, advising multiple Fortune 500 companies for business problems like market expansion, acquisition, up-sell & cross-sell. He also conceptualized the social media analytics in the firm, developed an adverse risk identification model for multiple banks, and created an early warning radar to predict trending waves & topics in social media. Aman developed an Influencer Index to identify top influencers & their segments, for a vertical/brand in social media. Aman holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and a Bachelor's degree in Bachelor of Technology from St. Paul Sen.Sec School, Udaipur.
