Aman Bhalla is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse skill set and experience in vendor development, audits, business strategies, and digital transformation. Currently, he is working as a Manager for HR Transformation at Cognizant, where he is responsible for spearheading digital transformation programs for workflow and query management systems, governance models, digital dashboards, and quality metrics, leading to modernization and automation. Aman completed his General Management MBA Program from XLRI Jamshedpur, where he delivered stellar placement records and noteworthy initiatives. He was also an Executive Member of the Placement Committee and led vendor development, product, and project management with fast-track deliverables for Govt. of India based projects involving defense, electric mobility, and BSVI transition. He was awarded an Outstanding performer with Silver badge practitioner for Tata Business Excellence while working as a Senior Manager at Tata Motors. Aman is a lean Six Sigma certified professional and has served as a Manufacturing Site Assessment lead auditor for fast track deliverables at Govt. of India based projects focusing on process, quality, and cost reduction. He was the top rank holder for National level formula car making competition Supra and had presented research works related to thermal units concerning environment and sustainability during his engineering stint at BITS Pilani.
