Aman Chaudhary is a Junior Undergraduate studying Civil Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Gandhinagar. With a passion for technology and development, Aman has gained experience in the field of Web Development, currently working as a Web Developer at the water & climate lab at IIT Gandhinagar. Aman has an impressive track record of developing the Geoportal of Indian Dams (GeoID), a platform that contains a database of over 5000 dams in India. His work involved using Geographic Information System (GIS), Google Earth Engine, and Remote Sensing to analyze catchment characteristics, land use and land cover (LULC), and flood risk assessment. Prior to his current role, Aman was a General Member at MAPRC @IIT Gandhinagar and a Core Management Team Member at Mean Mechanics. He has also gained valuable experience in the field of Civil Engineering through his education at IIT Gandhinagar, where he is pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering. Aman's technical expertise lies in Web Development, and he has a strong understanding of various technologies and programming languages in this field. He is also proficient in using GIS, Google Earth Engine, and Remote Sensing to analyze and visualize data. With over a year of relevant experience, Aman is a dedicated and hardworking individual who is committed to his work. He is a quick learner and is always eager to take on new challenges.
