Aman Dalmia is a passionate R&D Engineer at Siemens Technology in India, with a keen interest in the field of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Information Retrieval. He is currently pursuing his MS in Computer Science at Mila/UdeM, where he is eager to learn and grow in his field. Aman completed his degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, but his professional skills are entirely different, as he has a deep interest in AI and ML. He is always seeking greater opportunities to learn and make the best out of them, and he is looking for a challenging role in the field of ML/NLP. During his undergraduation, Aman joined IEEE HIT Student Chapter and served as Head of the Programme Committee, which helped him to get closer towards his success path. He has 11.86 years of relevant experience in the field of ML, NLP, AI, and Information Retrieval. Aman has worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at Omdena, where he collaborated on a Real-World AI Challenge on Identifying Anomalies on Mars Surface with 36 members from 18 countries. He worked on data extraction, annotation, and trained a classifier to detect the anomalies on a given image. He has also worked as an International Fellow at fast.ai. Aman's Tech Stack includes ML, NLP, AI, and Information Retrieval. He is passionate about technology and is always looking for ways to apply it to help society around him. He is excited to continue his journey in the field of ML/NLP and make a meaningful contribution to the industry.
