Aman Gaurav is a highly motivated and passionate Software Engineering Manager with a strong background in machine learning architecture. With more than 8 years of relevant experience, Aman is a proactive team player with excellent leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset. He is a firm believer in having a strong theoretical background understanding before indulging in practical work. Aman has a big interest in data science, signal processing, and machine learning engineering. He enjoys doing meaningful analysis of data, finding hidden patterns, or getting meaningful insights from raw data. He is skilled in making data models for specific tasks or to solve problems related to it. Aman is currently working at Juniper Networks as a Staff Software Engineer and is part of the CTO and pathfinding team for creating novel research and data-driven Juniper products. Apart from work, Aman is a fitness enthusiast, practicing gym and lawn tennis religiously. He loves being aware of the world, the latest technology, business, news, and all the general knowledge that goes around him. Before joining Juniper Networks, Aman worked at Huawei as a Senior System Architect, where he managed data pipelines and end-to-end data engine architecture for the UniBusiness platform. He was responsible for creating machine learning solutions for search and targeted ADs. He also founded a stealth mode technology startup, Silver Ray Technologies. Aman holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. He also completed his Intermediate and High School education from St. Fidelis College, Lucknow. Aman's tech stack includes Senior Software Engineer, Software Engineer, ML, Data Scientist, Research Scientist, Big Data, and Search. He is a fitness enthusiast and a knowledge seeker who is always eager to learn more and improve his understanding of how things work around him.
