Aman Kaushik is a Facilities Management professional and NEBOSH certified EHS officer with over 5 years of relevant experience. He is currently working as a Facilities Manager at CBRE, where he is responsible for technical/soft service operations, projects, procurement, finance and budgeting, administration, compliance and FM related jobs. Aman has hands-on experience in handling Mall, Corporate office, Co-Working office, Warehouse and Multiple sites operations. Prior to CBRE, Aman worked as an Engineering Manager (Co-Working Business) at OYO, where he was the SPOC for all engineering & infrastructure related issues across the co-working vertical. He was responsible for preparing planned preventive maintenance schedules, resolving issues, identifying and developing vendors for maintenance related works, and submitting reports on breakdowns, PPM, electricity, fuel and water consumption. Aman also identified and implemented options for energy savings and prepared snag lists prior to the commencement of operations. Aman has also worked as a Facility Manager at Indiqube, where he oversaw the execution of projects, ensured quality and cost control, managed site post-handover from projects, and liaised with vendors and building management. He was responsible for preparing and implementing SOP’s, SOW and checklists, and forecasting and budgeting for monthly and yearly spend. Aman's tech stack includes Senior Software Engineer and Infra.
