Aman Kumar is a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer with a passion for driving innovation and creating impactful products. Currently a Data Engineer Intern at elucidata, Aman has gained extensive experience in Docker, Kubernetes, JavaScript, Node.js, Google Tag Manager, Linux, and GitHub. He has worked on the development of Polly, a proprietary end-to-end AI-enabled cloud platform that standardizes and streamlines omics data analysis, and has integrated MixPanel across Polly's computing platforms using Google Tag Manager to gather user analytics and improve the user experience and product. Aman's past experience includes a Research Internship at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, where he worked on Brain-Computer Interface, Machine Learning, EEG Signal Analysis, and Intelligent Tutoring Systems. He worked with psychophysiological sensors like EEG, GSR, and eye-tracking to infer the complex interplay of affect, cognition, and metacognition in teaching-learning environments, and devised a novel methodology to estimate learners' perceived difficulty using EEG data. Aman also conducted research on the development of robust EEG-based Cognition-Affective Metrics to measure cognition and affect, with a goal to produce neuroscaffolds for technology-enabled learning platforms. Aman holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science with a Specialization in Machine Learning from Thapar University, where he gained a deep understanding of Data Engineering, ML, Research Scientist, Kubernetes, Javascript, AI, Random Forest, NodeJS, and Docker. He also holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Analytics from Thapar University.
