Aman Kumar is a Manager-Digital Alliances at HDFC Life and an ex-TCS employee with over 5 years of relevant experience. He completed his PGDM in Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, where he learned to manage people, optimally utilize resources, and devise corporate strategies. Aman's forte lies in team work, dedication, perseverance, discipline, communication skills, and problem solving. He is an effective communicator with excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills. At HDFC Life, Aman manages key relationships across digital partners, focusing on increasing top and bottom line growth. He is also responsible for onboarding new fintech companies and guiding them in creating new product categories based on the ecosystem they are part of. Prior to HDFC Life, Aman worked as an Assistant Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. where he worked with top BFSI companies on various software testing projects. He has also worked as a summer intern with Havmor Ice Cream Ltd., which exposed him to FMCG sales in the Nagpur territory. Aman's past experience at HDFC includes working as Deputy Manager - Digital Marketing and Deputy Manager - Bancassurance. In these roles, he was responsible for managing key relationships with digital partners, conducting regular product and process training, and prioritizing big ticket renewals. He also worked closely with RMs of HDFC Bank branches to build relationships and promote products. Aman is a mechanical engineering graduate from NIT Durgapur with research experience at IIT Guwahati. His tech stack includes Java, Android, iOS, UI, QA, and product management. In his free time, he enjoys listening to new songs, watching cricket and movies.
