Aman Kumar is a highly skilled Software Engineer with over 3 years of relevant experience in designing and developing real-time back-end systems. He is currently working as an SDE at Gojek - Tokopedia (Goto group) where he is responsible for developing and deploying highly available and scalable microservices and adding new features to existing services. Aman has expertise in microservices, service monitoring, and REST APIs, and he follows clean code best practices. He is also proficient in solving data structures and algorithms problems. In his current role, Aman is working with the tech team on the project Real Time Bidding (RTB). He is building monitoring dashboards to monitor services from upstream to downstream for resolving issues using New Relic. He is also responsible for resolving the inefficiencies of the current bidding system, which sometimes overbids to low-potential buyers and other times underbids to high-potential buyers. Before joining Gojek - Tokopedia, Aman worked as a Software Engineer l DSA Mentor at GeeksforGeeks, where he worked with the tech team to build a resume builder for GeeksforGeeks. He also worked with the CEO directly on data structures and algorithms courses, both live and recorded. Prior to that, he worked as a Software Engineer at Rxlogix, where he resolved issues on the database side. Aman holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from Galgotia's College of Engineering and Technology, Greater Noida. He is proficient in software engineering, backend development, Golang, Java, microservices, New Relic, test integration, and MySQL.
