Aman Pandey is a Global Developer Program & Community Lead at Polygon Technology, a leading blockchain platform. He is also the Co-Founder of Onecdot, a personal project aimed at helping developers build more products and dApps on web3. With 1.78 years of relevant experience, Aman is a skilled Research Scientist with a strong background in blockchain, web3, Dapp, and decentralised technologies. Aman holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from NIT Surat, where he was appointed as the Technical Head of Mindbend 2020, a Technomanagerial fest of the institute. He guided the technical team and helped fest convenors select the right tools for smooth conduction of events and managed relations with the stakeholders. He also worked as an Undergraduate Researcher - Blockchain at Télécom Sudparis, where he was advised by Dr Hakima Chaouchi, Professor, Telecom Sud Paris & Innovation Strategy Project Officer @ French Ministry. He identified architectural advantages of the SABRE relay network to be used in the country-wide decentralised network and co-authored "Employing SABRE Relay Network for Country-Wide Blockchain Network," which was accepted at IEEE BCCA 2020. At Polygon Technology, Aman advises Dr Hakima Chaouchi, Professor, Telecom Sud Paris & Innovation Strategy Project Officer @ French Ministry, and identifies architectural advantages of the SABRE relay network to be used in the country-wide decentralised network. He is also responsible for leading the Global Developer Program & Community, where he helps developers build on Polygon, a fast, secure, and scalable Ethereum network.
