Aman Raichand is a Talent Acquisition Manager at Open Futures Group, a leading High-Frequency Trading firm in India. With over 8 years of relevant experience, Aman has a proven track record of scaling up recruitment teams and hiring top talent in the Technology, Finance, and High-Frequency Trading domains. In his current role, Aman is responsible for developing hiring strategies, sourcing, working on hiring plans, onboarding new joinings, compensation benchmarking, campus hiring, and creating new job descriptions as per requirement. He is currently focused on expanding the Trading & Technology teams through lateral & campus hiring. Prior to joining Open Futures Group, Aman was a part of the Talent Acquisition Team at HuntingCube, where he was the initial member and hired as the 4th recruiter of the team. He helped the company scale above 50+ employees in a span of three years. Aman was actively involved in hands-on sourcing, developing recruitment strategies, business development, new clients onboarding, financial planning, team expansion, interview scheduling, and training recruiters. At HuntingCube, he also led a team of passionate recruiters and handled client management at a large scale, helping to recruit for clients majorly in High-Frequency Trading, E-Commerce, and Product domains across India. Aman has also worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Cyborg Technologies, where he recruited for multiple positions into Technology, Finance, High-Frequency Trading domains. He is passionate about learning new technologies and providing the best recruiting experience to candidates and clients. Aman holds a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree in Computer Science from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University. He loves traveling to new places and trying out different cuisines.
