Aman Raichand is a Talent Acquisition Manager at Open Futures Group, where he leads the entire Talent Acquisition and Human Resource team. He is responsible for expanding the Trading & Technology teams through lateral and campus hiring. Aman has complete ownership of developing hiring strategies, sourcing, working on hiring plans, onboarding new joinings, compensation benchmarking, campus hiring, creating new job descriptions, stakeholder management, employee retention, performance appraisal, exit process, talent management, and more. Prior to joining Open Futures Group, Aman was a part of the Talent Acquisition Team at HuntingCube. As the initial member, he hired as the 4th recruiter of the team and helped them scale above 50+ employees in a span of three years. Aman was actively involved in hands-on sourcing, developing recruitment strategies, business development, new clients onboarding, financial planning, team expansion, interview schedule, and training recruiters. He was also leading a team of a few passionate recruiters and handling client management at a large scale, which helps to recruit clients majorly in High-Frequency Trading, E-Commerce, and Product domains across India. Before HuntingCube, Aman worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Cyborg Technologies, where he was majorly recruiting for multiple positions in Technology, Finance, and High-Frequency Trading domains. He thrives in rapidly growing innovative organizations and is passionate about learning new technologies and providing the best recruiting experience to candidates and clients. Aman has a Master of Computer Applications degree from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University. He loves traveling to new places and eating his way to the places he visits.
