Aman Raj is a Software Engineer Intern at Checkpoint Systems Software India Pvt Ltd. with a passion for developing and testing software applications. He is experienced in executing QA activities for product releases, developing and running regression tests, and executing manual test plans for assigned features. Aman is skilled in Java, PL/SQL, Selenium Web driver, Protractor, SOAP UI, and web services, among others. Aman has previously worked as a Machine Learning Intern at Pianalytix, where he built a machine learning model to perform personalized marketing on customers using RFM (Recency, Frequency & Monetary). He also used K-Means Clustering to segment customers into ‘Most Loyal’ or ‘At Risk’ category using the RFM score generated. His tech stack included Python, Jupyter notebook, and ML libraries like Numpy, pandas, matplotlib, seaborn, scikit-learn, among others. Aman has also worked as a Summer Intern at the Indian Institute of Technology, Patna, where he worked under Dr. Pramod Kumar Tiwari (Asst. Professor, Department of Electrical & Electronics Engg. & PIC-IC IITP). He designed electronic circuits, including an Automatic Street lighting system using LDR and an IR sensor device. He made schematic, PCB design, and layout for the same using Eagle Autodesk software. He also interfaced 16X2 LEDs using ATMEL’s AT89C51 microcontroller. Aman soldered the final circuits components onto the PCB board to make the final device to be used by incubating companies. Aman holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from Ramaiah Institute of Technology and has completed his Class Xth & XIIth from St. Karen's High School.
