Aman Rathi is a seasoned Product Leader with over 15 years of experience in B2C, B2B, eCommerce, mobile apps, web interfaces, scalable platforms, payments, videos, analytics, data, and machine learning. He has a proven track record of building and growing Product teams from scratch. Aman is passionate about how people use technology and how technology changes the way we live. Currently, Aman is working as a Group Product Manager at Microsoft, where he is leading product teams that are building Windows core user experiences, including sharing things, file experiences, on-boarding, voice access, retail experience, and hybrid meetings. He is responsible for re-imagining, building, and growing Windows. Aman has previously worked at Microsoft as a Software Development Engineer II and Software Development Engineer I, where he developed the licensing and activation platform for Microsoft Office Suite 2010 and the user experience for a Microsoft ‘Office’ Click2Run product. Aman holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Indian School of Business (ISB), a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science from NSIT. He also attended Delhi Public School. Aman's technical skills include product management, machine learning, mobile, and web. With over 12 years of relevant experience, Aman has a deep understanding of the industry and is constantly striving to stay ahead of the curve.
