Aman has devoted the past decade to research and helping build various organizations from scratch. He is a strategic planner for educational institutions, from the statement stage to the ROI stage. Aman is a coach and developer for people from various industries and business situations. He also coaches and develops students and professionals on various job-oriented courses. He prepares and delivers training sessions based on client requirements and has served industries such as R&D, BFSI, Telecom, Oil & Gas, Automobiles, BPO, IT, eCommerce, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, and Manufacturing. Prior to founding bharat-rozgaar.com, Aman worked as a Senior Manager Operations OMT & Logistics at Moglix and as Head - Partnerships at 9.9 group. He has a diverse educational background, having completed an MBA in Finance from ISBF and a degree in Economics and Maths from Dyal Singh College, Delhi. Aman is skilled in various technologies, including Java, Spring, Spring Boot, MySQL, MongoDB, Javascript, PHP, Python, and more.
