1.Leave and Attendance Management:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee attendance, leave balances, and time-off requests.
• Coordinate with department managers to ensure adequate coverage and minimize disruption caused by employee absences.
2.Invoicing and Payroll:
Oversee the invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate billing to Vendors.
• Collaborate with the Payroll department to process payroll.Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
3.On boarding and Offboarding:
• Manage the onboarding process for new employees, assisting with necessary paperwork.Coordinate employee offboarding, including exit , return of company property, and necessary documentation.
Implementing functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and locations 
4. Generating other employee letters within timeframe example appointment letter , Relieving letter , Termination , Notice of discontinue etc. 
5. Onboarding new employee Physically and onboarding on HRMS 
6. Providing Full support in employee life cycle. 
7.BGV (Background verification) initiation, follow ups and successful closure 
8. Managing joining formalities, exit formalities and managing all processes in the entire employee life cycle.
9. Tie Ups and Maintaining relationship with Different banks. 
10. Responsible for Maintaining various database. 
11. Employee Grievances. 
12. Coordination with Recruitment team for smooth onboarding of new joinee and maintaining Required Docs.
