Aman Vasisht is an accomplished HR professional with over 6 years of experience in the field. Currently, he serves as the UK HR Shared Services Lead for Publicis Sapient in London. In this role, he oversees and manages the strategy and operations of respective tracks, leading, motivating, and developing people while driving value by implementing best practice processes. Aman is also responsible for providing direction and leadership to the operations team, developing and managing the team to create and embed values of customer service and delivery focus while overseeing operations productivity and performance in relation to KPIs and SLAs. Prior to his current role, Aman worked as a Manager of People Strategy for Publicis Sapient, where he was responsible for establishing, developing, and monitoring metrics that facilitate continuous improvement in quality and efficiency. He also led process innovations and strategic planning initiatives to improve the operational excellence of the shared service functional areas. Before joining Publicis Sapient, Aman worked as a Senior Associate of People Strategy for Sapient, where he worked in the People Strategy Operations to support Sapient Nitro BU. Aman has an educational background in strategic human resource management, human resource and organizational development, and electrical, electronics and communications engineering. He completed his management development program from XLRI in 2019, MHROD from Delhi School of Economics in 2013, and his Bachelor of Engineering from Dronacharya College of Engineering in 2010.
