Amanda Basso is a highly experienced Human Resources Leader with over 12 years of relevant experience. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at voicecomm, llc., Amanda has a proven track record of leading HR departments and developing annual strategies to direct and oversee all disciplines within the function. In her previous role as the Director of Human Resources at empirecore llc, Amanda successfully developed a training curriculum to ensure talent was developed within the organization to meet current and future business leadership needs. She also created a multi-faceted PEO strategy to outsource employee benefits, payroll, time capture, workers’ compensation, and risk/safety management. Amanda's experience in creating on-boarding programs and culture initiatives has helped her attract, select, onboard, and retain a high performing, diverse workforce. As the Human Resources Manager at diversified search, Amanda was responsible for managing the HR department for 130 employees throughout 9 states. She processed bi-weekly multi-state payroll, oversaw all aspects of benefit administration, and managed open enrollment. Amanda also administered the 360 review process and coordinated and facilitated onboarding and training programs. She provided HR policy and procedural interpretation and guidance to employees and handled all employee relation issues. Amanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Peirce College.
