With over 51 years of relevant experience, Amanda helps leaders agree on what needs to change and how to achieve lasting performance improvement. Amanda is also an author of two books, "The Agility Advantage" and "Fearless Growth," which provide insights into how organizations can adapt to change and grow fearlessly. Prior to founding her consulting firm, Amanda served as an Adjunct Faculty at Emory University's Goizueta Business School, where she taught semester-long courses in consulting with a focus on strategy and organizational performance. She also served as the Director of Marketing at Global Food Exchange, where she repositioned the company and its product line within a fast-changing market environment, resulting in the company leading the industry in transaction volume and capital funding. Amanda holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with distinction (top 10%) from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Chemical Engineering, cum laude, from Vanderbilt University.
