Amandeep Singh is a highly experienced techno-functional consultant with a strong background in management consulting, business analysis, and solution implementation for core banking products. With over 12 years of experience, Amandeep has worked with leading banking software solutions such as T24 from Temenos and Finacle from Infosys. He has handled multiple solution consulting and implementation assignments for large and mid-sized banks and financial institutions in North America and the Middle East market. Amandeep specializes in requirement gathering and analysis, requirement categorization (Gap/OOTB), scope finalization, translating business requirements into system requirements, handling parameterizations, managing stakeholders, client demonstrations, and helping clients adopt the solution, functional test case planning and execution, UAT support, and data migration support. He studied the existing process for origination of an application for home loans, study loans, and vehicle loans, did fit-gap analysis, produced the Business Requirement Documents, drafted the implementation plan, liaised with internal stakeholders, demonstrated the transformed product to the client for final sign off, and provided support and management during the acceptance test of the client.
