Prior to Scaler Academy, Amardeep was the Talent Acquisition Leader at InterviewBit, one of the most popular interview preparation websites, where he sourced pre-screened candidates for different companies and startups around the world. He also worked as the Lead Talent Acquisition at Twitter, where he was responsible for growth-focused recruiting for Twitter's Growth Engineering team. He played a pivotal role in implementing recruiting practices needed for accelerated hyper-growth of Twitter India, Singapore, Dublin, and APAC engineering offices. Amardeep holds an MBA in OB & HRM from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi, and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from a reputed school. He is a Senior Software Engineer with a strong tech background, which helps him understand the needs of the industry and identify the right talent for his clients.
