He also worked as a Project Trainee at ITC, where he worked on a Computer Vision Deep Learning project to help ITC group of hotels to scan Government ID during the check-in process. He used Tesseract OCRD training to extract text and trained the model to scan 3 different types of ID and extract 3 fields from each ID. Amartejas holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Bangalore Institute of Technology. He has a strong tech stack that includes Software Engineer, AWS, Web, NodeJS, test, Research Scientist, Javascript, MongoDB, Backend, Computer Vision, and Deep Learning.
