Ambar De is a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer with over 10 years of experience in the field. Currently working at Rafay Systems, Ambar has previously worked at PregBuddy and Meaww. At Rafay Systems, Ambar is responsible for using alternate user data to detect fraud, rate credit scores, and validate loan applications. Ambar also maintained near real-time data consistency in applications, solving for low performing network conditions by polling for changes and fetching differential data, hence reducing data refresh time from over a minute to a couple of seconds (in 2G network). At Meaww, Ambar was the Tech Lead, where Ambar created the data-layer for secure handling of data while reducing project development costs and vulnerability. Ambar also developed personalised dashboards for content management, dispersal, and revenue calculations. Ambar developed Git-based Express-AB testing which supports multiple simultaneous testing environments on a single server. Ambar has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
