Ambika Prasad Singh is a seasoned Tech Enthusiast, Engineering Leader, and Entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in Tech Startups. He has a proven track record in Engineering, growth, and product management, and always strives to design and implement something that has the vision to create a huge impact for people. Ambika believes that anyone can develop a solution, but it takes a decade of experience with startups (from full stack developer to engineering leader) and several successes & failures to understand that it's not just about building a solution, but designing the best solution with the right technology that is user-friendly, scalable, futuristic, reliable, and handy. He has helped multiple teams to adopt agile methods, microservice architecture implementation, and other best practices that help achieve scale and faster development. Currently, Ambika is the Engineering Manager at Ziploan, a tech-enabled NBFC that focuses on providing business loans ranging from Rs 1 lac to Rs 7.5 lacs. At Ziploan, Ambika is leading the development of a new product (ZIPCRED) with a team of 12 members. He is also mentoring in Development Planning, DevOps Strategy, Technology Selection, and Solutioning. Ambika has made individual contributions in Architecture Design, Schema Planning, Requirement Understanding, Branching Strategy, Release Process, Code Review & Scrum management. The tech stack used at Ziploan includes Python, Django, Postgresql, AWS, Celery, Lambda, API Gateway, and Flutter. In the past, Ambika has worked as an Engineering Manager at LyveGlobal, a logistic and technology solution provider company for last-mile delivery. He got the product developed from scratch within 5 months by hiring, mentoring, and leading an 18 people big engineering, product, QA, and design team. Ambika has also worked as a Tech Manager at Desein Indure Group of Companies, where he helped launch their platform within 2 months by removing all the obstacles and saving the outsourced resource cost by almost 40%. Ambika holds a Bachelor of Technology - BTech degree in Computer Software Engineering from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University. He has also completed his schooling from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya.
