Ambily Sunil is a seasoned HR professional with over 15 years of experience in people and talent management. She is currently working with epifi as the People & Talent lead, where she is responsible for designing and implementing talent acquisition and management strategies. Epifi is a digital banking platform that offers a delightful banking experience to its customers by leveraging cutting-edge technology and data science research. Ambily has a rich experience of working with leading tech companies and banks, which has equipped her with a deep understanding of both the ‘fin’ and ‘tech’ in fintech. She is passionate about creating delightful user experiences and is committed to doing the right thing to impact millions of lives every day. In the past, Ambily has worked with connectecho talent labs, where she was responsible for talent acquisition and leadership hiring for startups. She has also worked with the/nudge foundation, where she managed all aspects of hiring. Ambily has a Master of Business Administration degree in HR from Anna University and a XII degree from Kendriya Vidyalaya. Ambily's tech stack includes data science, research, UI, and infrastructure. She is a data scientist and research scientist by profession and has a keen eye for detail.
