Ambuj Tiwari is a recent graduate of the MSIS program at the School of Information, UT Austin, with a focus on User Experience (UX) Design/Product Design. He is actively seeking full-time opportunities in the field and is interested in exploring the untapped potential of human emotions to craft rich and compelling user experiences. As an emerging designer, Ambuj is learning how to strike a balance between understanding user needs and aligning them effectively with the business goals of an organization. He is a self-starter by nature, with a strong work ethic and commitment towards any task at hand. Ambuj is equipped with strong communication and interpersonal skills and enjoys working in collaborative and challenging environments that can push his creative limits and foster his personal growth. Currently working as a UX Developer at the University of Texas at Austin, Ambuj is leading the design overhaul of the existing UT Inequality Project website. He is overseeing the visual and web design of an improved UTIP website that is robust, usable, device-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing. In the past, Ambuj has served as a teaching assistant at the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Sricity, across different semesters for various courses. His primary responsibilities included teaching fundamental concepts, facilitating lab and tutorial sessions, and grading assignments and exams. Ambuj has a Master of Science in Information Studies from the University of Texas, a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science Engineering from the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Sricity, and a High School degree from Delhi Public School, Maruti Kunj, Gurgaon. Ambuj's tech stack includes product design, web design, Spring, Python, Django, and Javascript.
