Amey Bhilegaonkar is a highly motivated and skilled Data Engineer with a passion for building scalable data solutions. Amey's fascination with coding started during his first year of engineering college, where he wrote his first Python code and saw it in action. This passion led him to study new languages, algorithms, and higher mathematics. He was introduced to Machine Learning, which he finds fascinating. His goal is to become a Machine Learning Engineer and always seek to learn new things that will help him achieve his goals and make a community better. He has previously worked as an Associate Software Development Engineer 2 - Data Analyst and Data Engineer at Publicis Sapient. At Publicis Sapient, he worked on building a Data Build Tool (DBT) for McDonald's client, where he automated the Docker deployment pipeline for a static website, created different versions of DBT docs depending upon the language provided, created parameter-based translation scripts using Python, and implemented an authentication system for users to access the DBT documentation page to add an extra layer of security. He also led a team of three for the Production Support track, where he was responsible for enhancing the framework, resolving dependencies, and providing support for live production applications.
