Currently, Ameya serves as a Technical Product Owner at mindtickle, where he leverages his expertise in software engineering to drive the development of cutting-edge products. Prior to his current role, Ameya held several leadership positions at webonise, including Vice President-Engineering and Associate Vice President. In these roles, he was responsible for leading cross-functional teams, designing and architecting features, and overseeing their execution. He was also accountable for the delivery performance of the teams and identified and eliminated bottlenecks to facilitate scalability across the entire spectrum of production, operations, maintenance, and talent management. Ameya's experience also includes consulting pre-sales teams in account scaling exercises and establishing strategies for continuous improvements.
