Amila Iddamalgoda is an experienced Full Stack Engineering professional and an AWS certified solution architect with over 8 years of solid hands-on industry experience in building and maintaining large scale distributed enterprise software services. She has worked with Accenture, Pearson, and Monotch, a Netherlands-based tech startup company that has impacted 1+ million consumers in Europe with its smart mobility IoT platform. Amila has collaborated with international counter partner teams including USA, UK, Singapore, India, and Netherlands and has onsite collaboration experience in the USA during her stay at Pearson. She is an excellent team player with proven records and has worked in an Agile development environment for 6+ years using various Agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban along with the tool experience with Atlassian JIRA. Amila has hands-on industry experience with Enterprise/Microservices/Container centric Application development with Java, Spring & Netflix OSS, UI development with Angular, NgRx/RxJS, Front-end UI frameworks, AWS (Amazon Web Services), Docker, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash & Kibana), Continuous Integration/Deployment (Jenkins/ Teamcity), Node.js app development, DevOps Tools integrations (Git-based/FishEye/Sonar/Checkmarx), Android mobile app development, Relational and NoSQL database technologies, Software Testing Methodologies, and Test Automation. She has also worked with Accenture as a Senior Full Stack Developer and was the Frontend portal lead for IRAS IRIN3 P2 project. She has also worked with Singapore Post Ltd (SingPost) as a Full Stack Developer. Amila holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) (Hons) degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Westminster.
