Amir Pazi is a Renewable Energy Operations Engineer with technical expertise in both PV and wind energy. He is currently working at enlight renewable energy ltd (enlt) as an Operations Engineer, where he is responsible for operations and maintenance both on field as well as SCADA system use in failures analysis and reporting. He supports on-site maintenance teams, acceptance tests, and commissioning. Amir also specializes in PV Plant Production Modelling and Simulation (PVSYST) and works with a variety of professionals worldwide, including manufacturers, contractors, advisers, finance, and legal teams. Before joining enlight renewable energy ltd, Amir worked as a Project Manager at Hewlett Packard, where he managed IT projects at HP Scitex - Industrial Presses. He managed projects in quality assurance, performance, logistics, maintenance, and manufacturing with budgets of millions of dollars. Amir coordinated between various departments and suppliers and worked with a wide range of professions, including engineers, developers, business representatives, QA, finance, and others. Amir also worked as a Project Manager - Operation & Information Systems at Energix - Renewable Energies Ltd, where he developed, managed, and continuously improved information systems in all company departments. He introduced business intelligence and reporting tools that led to improved understanding of operations and increased productivity. Amir executed business and financial models as well as technical simulations that enhanced the management ability to make strategic decisions. He was in charge of both construction and operations of multi-million dollar renewable energy projects in Israel and abroad. Amir has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto, an International Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Haifa, and has completed a course on Introduction to Python for Data Science from edx. He has 10.95 years of relevant experience and is proficient in QA. Amir is a highly motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and team management skills.
