Amirtha Varshini A S is a first-year Masters in Computer Science (ML specialization) student at Georgia Tech with a keen interest in the fields of Machine Learning and Computer Vision. She is a Graduate Teaching Assistant of the course CS 6603 - AI, Ethics and Society and has a relevant experience of 2.96 years. Previously, Amirtha worked in Qualcomm's Automotive Team for three years, where she developed software on QNX real-time OS for ADAS chipsets (Autonomous Driver Assistance Systems). She loves to experiment with new technology and applying them to real-world problems. She believes in an inclusive world developed responsibly with tech. Apart from her academic and professional pursuits, Amirtha has also been a Secretary at Toastmasters International and a Contributing Writer at Hacker Noon. She has pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from NIT Tiruchirappalli and completed her schooling from Srimathi Sundaravalli Memorial School. Her Tech Stack includes ML, Computer Vision, and AI. Amirtha's current designation is Graduate Teaching Assistant at the College of Computing at Georgia Tech. She is expected to complete her Master's degree in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology in August 2023.
