Amit Paul Lakra is a dedicated and experienced HR Reporting and Analytics professional with over 6 years of experience in the field. He has also spent 9 years working in Learning Management System Implementation, Support, Reporting, and Analytics, as well as 6 years in Human Resource Service Management. Amit is driven by his passion for his work and strives for perfection in everything he does. Currently, Amit works as an HR Reporting SME at Philips, where he is the Global Subject Matter Expert for Workday Reports, Cornerstone OnDemand, and Service Now. He drives People/HR Analytics and insights through data analytics and leads and supports the continuous improvement of report and dashboard best practices for core HR (Workday), Learning (Cornerstone OnDemand), and HR Service Delivery/Management (Service Now). He also consults on impactful measures and metrics for Information, Insight, and Implementation of robust HR Reporting and Analytics capabilities. In his past roles at Philips, Amit served as an Integrated People Services - Processes & Solutions Specialist and an HR Reporting and Data Quality Specialist. He has extensive experience in driving HR Analytics and insights through data analytics tools such as Qlik Sense, Qlik View, and Power BI. He has also conducted data analyses for HR process optimization based on report utilization and process adherence. Amit is a highly educated professional with a Master of Science in Communication from Manipal International University and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from College of Engineering Roorkee. He also completed his ISC from St. Joseph's Academy, Dehradun. In addition to his work, Amit is passionate about cooking and photography and strives to be really good at both. He is committed to learning and putting his knowledge into practice as much as possible.
