Currently, Amit is working as an IT Engineer at ison xperiences ltd, a leading global CX management company. In his role, he is responsible for network-level troubleshooting on server and client systems, managing VPN IDs on firewalls, and monitoring ILL links. He also coordinates with service providers for link issues and works on ticketing tools to address user's tickets related to hardware, software, and networking issues. In addition, Amit is responsible for providing video call support to users through remote and physical availability, using video call devices and Skype for the same. Prior to his current role, Amit worked as an IT Engineer at Infosys, where he handled company asset allocation and submission to IT-Stock. He performed standard checklists on Windows and Ubuntu systems, worked on ticketing tools to address user's tickets related to hardware, software, and networking issues, and provided basic network-level troubleshooting on server and client systems. Amit also coordinated with service providers for link issues and provided support on Time Doctor application. Amit holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art/Art Studies, General from the School of Open Learning. He is proficient in Python, SQL, AWS, Data Engineering, Snowflake, Data Warehouse, ETL, QA, and Backend.
