Amit Agarwal is a self-proclaimed proud and avid geek, with a strong desire and aptitude for learning new technologies and gaining high exposure. He is currently a final year Computer Engineering undergrad at Netaji Subhas Institute Of technology (NSIT), Delhi, affiliated with the University of Delhi. Amit has been exploring different avenues of Computer Science since he stepped into the world of 0s and 1s and has loved his time here so far. Amit's skills include proficiency in Data Structures and Algorithms, Design and Analysis of algorithms, and programming languages such as C++, Python, and Java. He also has experience in web development using HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Jquery, Node.js, ReactJs, ASP.NET MVC, Lightning Web Components, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs. Amit has three years of experience in SQL and is currently pursuing and exploring the field of Machine Learning. Amit is adept at writing well-structured and easily maintainable code and has a proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, Bitbucket, etc. He has in-depth knowledge of Linux/Windows troubleshooting, including networking, file systems, security, and the kernel. Amit has great logical, debugging, reasoning, and problem-solving skills. Amit has worked as a Research Intern at Language Technologies Research Centre (LTRC), IIIT Hyderabad, where he worked on tracking bias in Computational Linguistic Machine Translations Models. He also worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Salesforce Marketing Cloud India, where he removed existing cross-browser support issues on Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari, and integrated Salesforce Lightning UI. Currently working as an Associate Member of Technical Staff at Salesforce, Amit has 2.20 years of relevant experience in the field of Software Engineering. Amit has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from NSIT, Delhi, and completed his PCM with Computer Science from Amity International School, Mayur Vihar. Amit's tech stack includes Software Engineering, Salesforce, Web Development, Javascript, ML, Research Scientist, SQL, dotNET, ASP.NET, NLP, NodeJS, Python, ReactJS, Java, UI, and Frontend.
