He has extensive experience in building, mentoring, and guiding teams to meet business goals. Amit has in-depth domain knowledge of travel, transportation, mobility, and EV industry gained by working closely with executives and executors from airline, trucking, parcel delivery, mining, railroad, and mobility companies. He has a proven track record of over a decade in designing, developing, and delivering software solutions for various logistics and transportation industries. Amit's current company, MeraPashu360, is on a mission to improve the lives of millions of dairy farmers by providing them access to good quality cattle, nutrition (cattle feed), and veterinary services via an omnichannel marketplace. The team is disrupting an unorganized cattle trade market by providing quality assurance of cattle being traded on the MeraPashu360 platform. Cattle feed industry is currently plagued by several inefficiencies such as adulteration, supply-demand mismatch, absence of home delivery, etc.; MeraPashu360 is addressing all these challenges by establishing an optimized supply chain to efficiently home deliver cattle feed even in rural India. Before joining MeraPashu360, Amit worked as Director of Data Science at Ola, where he led the development of data-driven solutions for Ola Electric and Ola Cars. He also worked as Senior Director of Operations Research & Data Science at Optym, where he led a talented team of Operations Research Scientists, Data Scientists, and Software Developers.
