Amit Batra is a seasoned software developer and architect with over 20 years of industry experience. He is currently holding the position of Sr. Computer Scientist II at Adobe Systems India Pvt. Ltd. Amit has expertise in designing and developing enterprise software and cloud services using Enterprise Java frameworks for deployment on Amazon Web Services. He is also experienced in developing desktop applications on Windows, macOS, several flavors of UNIX (like Solaris and AIX) and Linux platforms. Amit has worked with several reputed companies like IBM, Sapient, and Adobe Systems in the past. He is also responsible for bringing some non-quantifiable revenues to Adobe, which come from his ownership of pieces of Adobe LiveCycle Foundation Framework, Adobe LiveCycle Workbench, and Adobe LiveCycle Upgrade Framework. Amit holds a B.Tech. degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT). He is a Research Scientist, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer, and his technical stack includes Java, Web, and other relevant technologies.
